Career
I have been working at FIXTURE TECH for 24 years, now as head of production planning and logistics. So we prove in our daily interaction that equality on the job is part of the company culture, even in a technological company like ours.
I completed my training as an industrial mechanic at FIXTURE TECH 6 years ago. I like working here because I really enjoy the wide variety of work. Above all, the friendly atmosphere with my colleagues is great.
I like being able to help design new solutions on my own responsibility right from the start. The distances to colleagues are short and the teamwork works great. What I enjoy most is presenting our ideas to customers in person and passing on my enthusiasm to others live.
