After having become an independent solution provider, FIXTURE TECH is now taking the next step in its evolution and joins forces with Alukeep in order to become the leading innovation and solution provider to the global client base across industries.

FIXTURE TECH Solution GmbH is the evolution of “Junker und Partner” and Carl Zeiss Fixture Systems. Over the years it has established as a market leader in the field of fixtures, positioning itself as THE quality fixture company.

 

Alukeep was born as a brand of the Ambrosi Group, becoming a German company in 2019 with a production site in Italy and China, and with agents in 25 countries around the world.

 

The desire to grow further, the same vision that binds the two passionate fixture providers, the complementary products and services, the German quality and the Italian pragmatism led FIXTURE TECH and Alukeep to join forces.

The innovative automated mobile robot “eMOBEE”, the solid fixture solutions, highly innovative augmented reality tools, sustainable retooling offering (Reduce – Reuse – Recycle), flexible DIY Kits and the passion of the people will empower their clients to best address and satisfy their needs as well as further improve complete processes.

SOLUTIONS WITH PASSION.

FIXTURE TECH Solutions GmbH develops and manufactures measuring equipment for the international manufacturing industry as well as manual, semi-automatic, and fully automatic loading systems for industrial applications at their production site in Tholey / Germany. All FIXTURE TECH fixtures are based on the modular component system called CARFIT: These inhouse developed parts work like a building kit to build up checking fixtures, holding fixtures and so called Meisterbock matching fixtures, complex setups for testing geometries within component groups.

 

Founded in 1995 as owner-managed company „Junker und Partner“ and until June 2022 a subsidiary of ZEISS Industrial Metrology GmbH, the company now has a broader base and is once again operating independently on the market. Impressive references for all vehicle parts confirm that CARFIT fixtures are leading the way when it comes to quality, cost effectiveness, and technical versatility in fixturing technology. 

At the Tholey site, around 100 employees work in the fields of design, production, assembly, sales, product development, marketing and administration.
